Registration for the 2010 Season!!

2010 Registration is open to Boys and Girls ages 5-14 in the National City, Valencia Park and Paradise Hills areas.

Registrations Rates for the 2010 Season

Registration Fees for Tackle  $180.00
Registration Fees for Flag  $125.00
Registration Fees for Cheer $125.00 Plus $130.00 for Mandatory Cheer Package Due by July 24th. 

Cheer fitting on July 24th from 11 to 1pm @ El Toyon Field

Payment Plans are available. A $60.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a spot on the roster. Balance must be paid in full on or before July 24, 2010.

Your To Provide Your Football Player with
Cleats
Mouthpiece that attaches to the Helmet (No Clear or White will be allowed)
Jock Strap (Cups are not mandatory)

MANDATORY PAPERWORK REQUIRED AT REGISTRATION:

Your Child must be present for weigh-in at registration
Completed Participation contract ~ Form will be provided at Registration
Original Birth Certificate (2 copies for SB to keep)
Proof of RESIDENCY(SDG&E, Cable, Water, Lease/Rental Agreement) (1 copy for SB to keep)
Proof Of Medical Insurance (2 copies of Policy# or ID#)
Physical ~ Form will be provided at Registration
Recent Picture (for SB to keep)
Year End report card with a 70% GPA (NO PROGRESS reports will be accepted)(2 copies for SB to keep)
Parent Registration Packet ~ Download or Form will be provided at Registration
Payment (cash, money order, or online payment. No checks accepted)

FAILURE TO PROVIDE ANY OF THE ABOVE DOCUMENTATION PRIOR TO THE 1ST DAY OF PRACTICE WILL RESULT IN YOUR CHILD BEING INELIGIBLE TO PLAY UNTIL PAPERWORK IS COMPLETE.

Pre-Game Weigh-in will be conducted prior to every game. Maximum weight will not change during the playing season, including any Regional or National Tournament.
